A wing is built like an human arm with very long fingers. Take a look at your arm, study it for a while. How does it move? How can you fold it to your body?
Now to the "hand". The spike on it is actually a thumb. The dragon use it to climb with, just like bats do.
We're moving on to the fingers. They can move, just like your fingers. They can pread and close, bend and stretch.
And the last thing: always have in mind to not draw the wings too small.
